Symptom Reason Troubleshooting
The Device Button shows the following icon:
Troubleshooting
The UFIT® PAD is not recognized by the UFIT® Client software
  • Unplug the USB cable from your computer and plug it back in

  • Unplug the USB cable from your UFIT® PAD and plug it back in

  • Press the RED Reset button on the UFIT®PAD

  • Quit and re-launch the UFIT® Client software(with the UFIT® PAD connected)

  • Restart your computer

Internet Connection or Server is not available.(CC01009)

Your computer is not connected to the Internet

The Server at Biosign Technologies Inc. may be offline

  • Type a note about your reading, if you wish and click the ‘Save’ button. Your reading will be sent when you are on the Internet, or the server is back online

  • Confirm that your computer is connected to the Internet (Can you browse the web?)

  • Troubleshoot your Internet connection

  • Go to http://www.myufit.com. Notices about an Interruption of Service will be posted on that site
